Hi all.
I have done my divorce myself via the magistrate’s courts. We filed mid last year and was hoping that it would be sorted by now.
Anyway, I have applied to buy a house and it seems I cannot continue without the divorce being finalized as I was married COP.
Is there anyway of speeding...
I have always been fond of the toyota 4age motor, developed in conjunction with yamaha.
It had fuel efficiency and power and you could rev it up to 7000 revs without hurting the motor or gearbox.
Simply touch the glass to unlock. We've moved security from the back of the phone to the front, fusing the Ultrasonic Fingerprint directly into the screen.
Cool, I have been googling, but need to know if it better to have the agreement drawn before approaching the courts or will be enough for us just to draw up the agreement, if we choose this route.
Mine does, but I think she is seeking advice from a few friends, which seems to be making this process a bit more difficult. At least here, people are not biased.
We have sat down and discussed a few things so far.
We have kids and have an agreement in place for shared custody if the divorce goes thru.
We have also agreed on how to split up the assets.
So I hope it is simple to proceed.
Would like to try counselling first though.
