Do you say this due to small turbo engines having apparent reliability issues? I am aware of some small turbo engines being prone to failure (Ford's 1.0 Ecoboost comes to mind), but surely not all of them are bad.
That 900T is used in the Clio, Captur, New Micra, Smart ForTwo and ForFour just to mention a few cars. The engine itself was first introduced in 2012 if I am not mistaken and was co-developed by Renault, Nissan and Daimler. Pretty reliable if you ask me
Student here. Budget is always on my mind. My Sandero came with the OEM Conti EcoContact 4 on the rear and AutoGrip P308 (China tyres) on the front. Those AutoGrips had a flimsy sidewall and incredibly soft compound. Cannot say for sure the mileage but they were near the wear limit when we...
Apologies for slight off topic question, but is water that is filtered using reverse osmosis totally lacking in minerals? If so, is it comparable to distilled water?
Yes thats perfectly fine, as long as it doesn't go above the max line, as some space should be left for expansion.
Just check that you buy undiluted coolant, as some already come 1:1 diluted with distilled water, but honestly even if you add the diluted coolant, such a small amount will make...
Good day all,
We have a 2012 C350 CDI with just over 100k km on the clock. Last year we got a check engine light, but no limp mode or any other indications of any faults. It went off to the indie for a diagnostic check and the code returned was P2453 DPF pressure sensor circuit A malfunction...
The coolant tank is actually just for excess coolant and to allow for expansion. Thus if the coolant level is below the min mark but still visible somewhere along the tank or pipe, then your coolant is technically still full and no problems will occur unless the level drops further. But I...
Yeah, I say 'often not light on fuel' as most of my experience with small engine fuel economy comes from reading reviews/articles etc as well as other owners feedback, lots of which (especially reviews) point to high-ish fuel economy. I don't say all small engines are bad economy wise as my 0.9T...
Triber seems to be selling well as a cheap 7 seater. Don't like it either however and I don't even want to know what a 51kW engine feels like with 7 passengers and some luggage
