    Atm I still have a 3.5kW good ol thick unit that would suck a tennisball through a 10mm inverter cable so simply trying to scale it down so i can run it more constantly rather than make the whole garage vibrate for an hour and everyone has to wait before they can eat.     Yup indeed. On top of the roof. That's where cold goes first then feeds the Kwikot inside the roof, which tops up the temp electrically using the Geyserwise.

    Thanks yea to my best knowledge both my solar on top of the roof and the kwikot inside the roof is all mainly gravity feeds so that will most likely end up being unused if im understanding correctly

    I think my biggest gripe at the moment is not having to run multiple desktops overnight for the various family members to access files spread across this one and that one when streaming shows or movies. Cost saving in terms of energy expenses
