I noticed the rep being awol. I did contact the HiSense support team, they were able to supply FW for the 55K3300UW and here was the response around the 55K390PAD TV:

Hi everyone, does anyone know whom can supply or share the link for firmware / driver / software updates for these 2 TV models. 55K3300UW (limited smart tv) and a 55K390PAD (very slow), hope to make better use of these 2 units. Thank you in advance.
If Evetech does "30 days of troubleshooting" and claim there is no fault on a memory module.
What are the legal possibilities to get them to help rather than have them dismiss the issue outright?
several excuses were supplied by company for not adjusting salary, 1. Company is not making money, 2. no position available to value the level of salary, 3. and finally, suspected - Corporate Victimization.
No Sir. No luck and no-one on any of the forums or at HiSense could help. guess i will save up for a different cheap tv or like the others go LG or Samsung.
