Typical bored Sunday Night so I decided to test my old batteries again.
Okey, so first...I have a 12V charger with clamps and I remember one of the batteries not sparking once I connected it while the other one does spark.
I still charged both and did note one is losing storage...
Bloemfontein, unfortunately. But maybe I can ask other people that I know if they have a spare for me to test with. Obviously, I know that anyone should be using the same age batteries, but since it does not always work out that way...

Update to those who have seen this post of mine and answered. So, Bat 1 is charging and Bat 2 Does Not take charge and there is no little spark even if I connect the charger...
I guess those who mentioned that it could be one of the batteries are correct and that it is not the inverter that...

So I have the 2400VA mecer inverter. Gen 2.
I hear two audible clicks in short session, then inverter switches off <--- if mains is not connect.
With mains connected one continuous alarm sound and Fault.
Getting a reading of 26.35V if connected batteries...

Bat 1 has 13.2V and Bat 2 has 13.22V. Getting a reading of 26.35V if connected together...
