    The new isp, wich is Vox telecoms indicated to me that they are awaiting on octotel to activate the line for me. Octotel didn't make contact with me as yet, my project manager did apparently send again a email to octotel this morning for activation

    Thing is I did move from one isp to another. I did cancel with my previous isp. They told me on Thursday that the line is provisioning... Does it really take so long

    Good day, can anyone advise me on how long a line take to provisioning after you have switch from one isp to another. My new isp is telling me that the line is busy to provisioning with them. It is an octotel line
