RAIN COVERAGE A PROBLEM SINCE MOVING TOWER

Good day, Since they have moved the tower I'm not able to access my Rain Wifi as there is no signal. This is unacceptable and if not cleared today, i will cancel and reverse the debit order. Please assist immediately on
