RAIN COVERAGE A PROBLEM SINCE MOVING TOWER

Good day,
Since they have moved the tower I'm not able to access my Rain Wifi as there is no signal.
This is unacceptable and if not cleared today, i will cancel and reverse the debit order.
Please assist immediately on

I cannot pick up any profile with this email address please send me a private message here on My Broadband with the email address linked to your profile and also the address at where you are using the sim.
