    Same here. Theres just to many hoops to jump through to get to level 5 now. It's exhausting. From the 40% checkers vouchers (with no limits) to the 40% discount ebucks shop. All good things must come to an end. We had a good run though.

    CoCT 2023 property valuations

    Did they back date the rates though after appeal? I am wandering if all this paper work to object is worth the fuss? My rates effectively increased by 16% but valuation increased by 40%
