I cancelled all contracts with MTN. Their customer service is beyond poor, even for MTN business clients. I moved to Vodacom and really happy with their service overall.
Anyone successfully migrated to a cheaper contract? I called the call centre and they said I need to go to the MTN Store. I went to the MTN Store and they said that since I signed up via a call centre only they can do the migration. Any advice will be appreciated.
I've opted to cancel. They sent me a quote of 2k to cancel. The quote says they will debit cancellation fee if I give the go ahead. The consultant however has asked me to EFT. I don't want to EFT and then get s shock next month that they debited the cancellation fee.

They will email you as soon to provide the early termination charge."
Alas I wish I read this thread before taking the 1TB Data contract [emoji17]
