    I'll have to test the burst vs sustained download, thanks. I'm unfortunately not aware of any friends that have Fibre, I'll keep an ear out though.

    If disabling "Smart QoS" is the equivalent of turning it off then yes unfortunately it still persists. However I was thinking, if it's QoS then surely I could achieve at least 100Mb/s over multiple services, i.e. Steam and Youtube and SpeedTest, however all combined are still around 60~Mb/s...

    Both Wireless and Cable. So I can get ~50Mb/s on my PC while getting another 50Mb/s on my phone for example.
