    Bought a vehicle recently and was told that the licence was two years behind. We received what we thought was the log book and copy of Id of the current owner. Upon visiting licence department we were told that the licence fee is 8 years behind and the current owner is not who we were told. Do we go to the police and open a case of fraud.

    Hi recently bought a vehicle and was told that the licence fee is 2years behind. Upon taking the registration paper and change of ownership to the license department we were told the new owner never requested a new registration document. The license department says that in 2010 the garage registered the vehicle as sold to the current owner. Should I open a case at the police station.
