    Yes. We are down too. Supersonic doesn't answer their phones or email or whatsapp. The worst, worst company. Terrible. Simply TERRIBLE.

    I am in Honeydew and Supersonic is down here as well. Well, its more than supersonic it seems. But Supersonic isn't even answering phone calls or whatsapp. How completely useless are they?

    ISP useless and Vuma is missing in action

    I work from home and I need internet. Right now I am using my phone -- but why pay for fibre and data??? This is going to drive me insane. Any suggestions on a better ISP?

    ISP useless and Vuma is missing in action

    What to do if your ISP is useless and Vuma isn't responsive? The ISP is Supersonic. I thought they were good or okay, but in the end they are useless too. On hold for 25 minutes -- no luck. Are there any good ISP's out there?
