ISP useless and Vuma is missing in action

What to do if your ISP is useless and Vuma isn't responsive?
The ISP is Supersonic. I thought they were good or okay, but in the end they are useless too. On hold for 25 minutes -- no luck.
Are there any good ISP's out there?

Supersonic is widely known as being worse than rain (and cancer).
Vuma I believe, is currently in CEO vacuum, he's enjoying his bonuses in Italy, along with another prominent ISP's CEO (Afrihost)

Agree with the above either Cool Ideas or Afrihost, I am currently on Cool Ideas but I think both are good.

Even so, hard pass! Forgive me, I was under a rock, so I only found out last week that Cool Ideas sold out to Afrifail.
