    I also noticed that github.com is re-routing the resources downloads to an AWS S3 bucket. So yea its AWS specific....

    It is on vumatel. Like clockwork 4:15 pm speed drops to sub 10kb/sec. But peering via VPN through vox to macrolan and then out presents no issues. VOX support is just stone walling, "we do not garentee international bandwidth we cant do anything 1kb/second is acceptable bla bla bla".

    Slow International Fibre Speeds - WebAfrica

    I am with Vox also supplied through Vumatel, seeing exactly the same thing 200/~20 local with 3~7/10~20 international. I tried London, New York, and Japan (lol).
