    I find this so hard to believe. Their service was terrible. At times the landline didn't work for 3 weeks at a time, which is when we tried to cancel the service(non-service). You couldn't do it in person because they wouldn't help you at the Telkom kiosks/stores. You also couldn't do it online...

    No I don't, primarily because I live in Cape Town and thunderstorms are fairly rare here. So rare in fact that when the skies do rumble, I've got to take a minute to figure out where that's coming from.
