    So Afrihost sorted me out within 24 hours, got my line active again and we are up and running. If any other crystal web victim out there please consider Afrihost they are very willing to help to get us up and running again

    That is the problem who do you contact from open serve you have to go through telkom and they look for your id number or account number so they don’t find you. My problem is that the line has been suspended so even though i have moved to afrihost the line is suspended I think due to non payment...
