No internet connection for most of the day 100% packet loss. Ticket logged via Afrihost to Vuma yesterday already as the problem started yesterday but no response.

Let's hope it will be sorted with the complaints to ICASA. Afrihost logged another ticket with Vuma today and said it will be resolved in 24 to 48 hours. They expected tests to be done on a line that drops for a few seconds to minutes by the time the test starts to run the line is stable hence...

Tests done just now showing 100% packet loss. Is this enough proof that there is something wrong on my line. I have logged a complaint with ICASA as well as Afrihost and Vuma does nothing to assist. @AfriNatic and @Afrigirl I'm waiting for senior management to contact me.

This has been going on for more than 2 months now and 6 tickets logged. Afrihost does not mention this issues. Every time the tickets gets closed as fault resolved. Thank you for the information. Much appreciated

Yes but it's all the time between 6pm and 9pm and the devices loose connection when the loss occurs. Sometimes I have to restart the ont to find a connection again. Once the red lines shows it's 100% packet loss and the devices is showing no internet connection. What is the problem on the line...
