Speed fine on N1 Hanover

But I am sure I did not travel the speed of 130 k/m,when i contacted the Hanover traffic department I was told they are off line and I should call back on the 15th of January 2020.

Speed fine on N1 Hanover

On 16 November 2019 travelling towards Jhb on the N1-10 bridge, I have not noticed any 80 speed limit sign. I received a notice that I have travelled 130km/h. What is the actual speed limit...?
