    Flip so you didn't receive an order number for the 3rd one? Contact them on their twitter account, it sped up the refund process for me. They have the worst wallet payout, I had to contact their customer service to action the payout from their end whenever I had money in my wallet that I wanted...

    Its all gone to hell there, the only reason people still used that app was due to the perk of smartshopper points and the occasional discount. I at least got my refund today, hopefully everyone else will get sorted soon if not already.

    Luck must have been on your wife's side , I have been trying to contact them since Saturday without success. It is starting to look like they were stalling till they reached the new month before sending out official correspondence. Something fishy is going on there!

    Oh I thought I was the only one having data transfer issues, it would have been nice to be told in advance that the transfer option on the uncapped package was going to be discontinued, the reason I went for the Afrihost uncapped package was due to the 50gig data sharing option for my family.
