When you get through to an agent, just cancel and use another provider. Cancellation process before getting a router and your line activated seems to be pretty straightforward. Will loop back to this at the end of the month.
Mine goes off via debit order. The few time I managed to get a hold of an agent I had to verify my details much like a contract sim, I am guessing they signed me up for a 24 month contract to save me the hassle of buying airtime and converting it every month.
I am on the HCF 1TB LTE plan. I am not seeing that in their menu options anymore and the store closest to me quietly shut it's doors.
I tried calling their support number but the bot just keeps redirecting me to itself again. Is email cancellation the only way to move forward?
