Most of Asia wont allow you to own actual land.

SA will probably be going the same way too. You can lease it.

The only Asian country I would like to live in is Japan, fortunately they don't have those restrictions on land or property.

All the developed Asian countries such as Taiwan, Japan, Korea and Singapore allow it. Even Malaysia allows it provided it's above a certain value. It's just the developing/dictatorship sh*tholes that don't allow it and are clamping down even harder on it now. South Africa considering it just goes to show that all sh*tholes think alike.

Dedicated mother now enjoying a well earned holiday adventure in Thailand:
