And so they've come (I was waiting for the inevitable ASA wailing about this)...
so going from staunch no way with the ANC, to for the good of the country.... -how easily the followers fall into line...welcome to sheep protocol - politics is fluid, and just you change your mind from moment to moment...so does the flow of politics...the trick is realise, its just a game...that people get so self absorb into - that they do not realise , they are just another sheep ... those awake see the game for it, human drama ... and to ride like a wave...

ActionSA has terminated the membership of a councillor and will haul four other members to a disciplinary hearing amid fears of factional instability among its political structures in the Tshwane metro.

COMMENT | I've covered about a decade of SONA's and we often focus on the fashion of what MPs wear. It has become typical to focus on the dresses, the headpieces and the suits. But SONA in 2023 feels different. The country is a state of despair, the economy is at crisis point and load shedding is costing us. We should not care what MPs wear. Our focus should be how effective the legislature will be this year in holding the executive accountable. We will ask MPs what are there plans for the year and not who dressed them for the occasion.
