I hope the bill is rejected, but as we know it, the ANC will just pull a "unity and renewal" and pass the damn thing anyway...
But it could create another constitutional crisis if it goes to ConCourt and they strike the bill down... At that point, ConCourt should just tell them to implement the 2003 Van Zyl Slabbert report.
