With all the kek going on you can't deny we live in a beautiful country!Yeah look... Difficult to get into fitness mode with a relaxing view like this after long days walking kilometers in the sun on the mines.
But sticking to my diet... So winning.

I tell my colleagues and family that exact thing each week. I love this country. With all the kek going on you can't deny we live in a beautiful country!

Agreed, my wife and I can leave in a heartbeat if we had to. But we gonna stick it out as long as we can not looking or wondering what life could be like elsewhere. When we traveling overseas I know in my bones I miss my home in Africa/South Africa and im happy to be home when we get back.I tell my colleagues and family that exact thing each week. I love this country.
I absolutely love the sunrises I get to see on the mornings I leave when it is still pitch black.
I am in a very privileged position to travel a lot for work and see a large portion of the country on a monthly basis.
I also get to meet people from every part of the country. Just as beautiful as the scenery. And it really is only a very small percentage of skerminkels making it unbearable for the rest of us.
But I do have a peculiar soft spot for the Steelpoort area. Because of the scenery and the people.

By the time I'd lost some serious weight I had to buy quite a lot of new clothes, especially pants, jeans, shorts and belts.Weight-loss aside managed to loop one belt loop down today!
Actually had to double check
A little concerned about my formal clothes tho, go in to the office infrequently and my pant legs are getting tight, shirts also a little tight across the shoulders back etc, what do you do buy a few sizes bigger and get it tailored? Usually go with ww, country road and trenery for formal work wear.
Not todays problem but wondering...
Interesting that you use kilojoules instead of calories. I don’t think I’ve seen anyone use kilojoules. My 10k got cut short by the rain. It was quite fun at first as it was only drizzling but after 7KM into it, it had started bucketing down and it looked like I had fallen into a swimming pool.

Can't remember why, I think two or more of my devices / equipment was set to kj by default and "calories" seemed to be specific to America.Interesting that you use kilojoules instead of calories. I don’t think I’ve seen anyone use kilojoules.
I prefer kilojoules as it is easier to correlate with what I eat VS how much I burn.Interesting that you use kilojoules instead of calories. I don’t think I’ve seen anyone use kilojoules.

I am 100% off this weekend doing some beer brewing.
Ja well look at the beautiful surroundings you had to deal with tough life ;PAaaah... Good to be back under the bar after a week away.
Struggled slighty with my first few reps for each exercise but adjusted quickly as memory kicked in.
