Eskom quietly cuts 7,000 MW – without a move to stage 7

Cuts more power but keeps the number at Stage 6
That should please the people

Who did not make the cut? Nominations for the ANC top six
 
So how were they able to cut an extra 1000MW without moving up a Stage?
Did they just implement the Stage without announcing it?

Well... The image their voters see. F#ck knows what that is but it exists somehow.

the area where our offices are didn't have power for most of the day on tuesday. Power was off from 07h00 in the morning until about 14h30. One of my employees who lives not far from the offices had not had power for 42 hours. I walked in and the whole family was sitting in the offices charging phones etc (thanks to generators). Nothing was mentioned about it on Twitter or anything - just afterwards was the story of, we had trips and had to "find the faulty cable"
 
The ANC is a crisis. The higher the urgency at Eskom, the more extreme the National Disaster Act will be abused. The writing is on the coal.
 
BEE and more transformation needed ASAP to sort it out. Why is there still white people working for Eskom. I can't wait for the state owned bank to open and start printing money for all these failed SOE's. It's going to be epic failure.
