I have isolated it from having any internet access, and the issue goes away.

Is it Ubiquiti doing something naughty in order to lock it up so that you'll have to upgrade to the latest and newest?

Microsoft Intune is so irritating.
If you have one account that requires authentication but you multiple Outlook accounts then I receive no notifications.
One account shouldn't impact notifications of other accounts
