People who live in complexes and actually have no idea of the actual names of things or how it works. But then again South Africans in general.
Standalone/free-standing doesn't mean it's not in a sectional title, this means it is not joined to another unit like a duplex for example.
Free-hold - This is a house that isn't part of a sectional title.
Body Corporate - All the owners of the units within a sectional title scheme.
Managing Agent - who you employ to manage the affairs of the section title scheme.

Well my freaking supplier cannot now get the 3 servers they said they could :-( freaking chip shortages.
