Electricity minister has no powers to tackle load-shedding

I figured stuff like this is going to become a problem.

Criminals will make sure that people will not be allowed to have nice things.
Been like this since forever. If they can't fsck it, they steal it or break it.

Tickets to where? Most places want visas, secured jobs, not everyone can leave the country. The rest of world doesn't take us as refugees, especially the lighter toned ones.
Divorce the missus and get yourself a younger model who also just happens to be a foreign national. Easy as that! ;)

Technically she can get a British Passport, but even that means myself and sun would still need to spend almost 200k to get across as we'd still need Visas plus the NHS tax. Spousal visas aren't free

Always have to find something negative.... sad way to live.

Plane ticket to where?
Where we belong, which I have no idea where that would be, do you know where we came from?

About the same price as going completely off-grid. Plus you won't need to drill a borehole, start a vegetable garden and hire your own security guards.

That's just to get the Visa and the NHS, not the plane tickets, the moving costs and and.

Yeah, it's also pretty easy to also check who in the neighbourhood has big expensive batteries. Just drive by at night during load shedding and see who still has the lights on.
