Hi does anyone know why Black Cat peanut butter 1kg and 3kg tub’s are suddenly not available I tried asking Tiger Brands but they are not saying anything?

no shortage in shops of 800g and 400g glass . ,Spar even has it on special .maybe just your area .

800g is the same price as 1kg tube so it work out cheaper to buy 1kg

packaging is cheaper ,800gr is R76 at the moment .i prefer glass myself.most Super Spar branches seem to have it

so you can tell the difference in taste in the peanut butter between glass and plastic?

nope i prefer anything in glass ,personal preference,and no i cant taste or smell peanut butter at all ,since having covid .
