I saw the following advert on Facebook. I was looking to migrate from Afrihost 100mbps to WebAfrica 300mbps. Where does it say that this isn't for migrations and is only for brand new Octotel installations? Am I missing something?

Fully insured, Free-to-Use router
We provide you with a fully insured, premium Free-to-Use Fibre router valued at around R1000. Should the router be damaged through a lightning strike/break/stolen, we’ll replace it for free (max. 2 occasions). These routers can provide a 1Gbps wired connection. We cannot guarantee wireless speeds.
Active in 14 days or you get R999
If your Fibre isn’t installed and activated within 14 days of your order being accepted, your account will be credited with R999. T&Cs apply (see Fibre FAQs for exclusions).
Installation time: 7 days
This is the approximate time of installation if all goes according to plan. Generally, it happens sooner than this. In rare cases there may be unforeseen problems in getting to your home causing delays. We will keep you updated every step of the way as we receive updates from your provider.
Once-off processing fee: R249
The processing fee includes the delivery, administrative costs associated with the Fibre Network Operator, provisioning and the remote management of your free-to-use router (if applicable). This fee does not apply to Moving Homes orders.
Termination fee: R999
Please note that should you decide at any time to cancel your Webafrica service or be cancelled due to non-payment on this provider, you will be billed a R999 termination fee. Should you wish to pay this fee upfront instead, you can give our Sales team a call on 086 000 9555 for assistance.
