Return of the Prodigus: Xiaomi Poco X7 Pro (Viking's Review)

Never saw the point in playing games on a phone. Well now I am freaking loving it with the Gamesir G8 remote.

Loving Grid Autosport (flippen difficult) and Rush Rally 3.

And then the Retro Emulators and MegaGame Thread is just brilliant.
Where's the update on the phone, it's supposed to be dog slow by now and you regretting it, this is apparently how the sheep think.

Charged it only for a couple of minutes last night to 75% and then took it of charge. Have been using today as a modem (hotspot) for couple of hours , Google maps , record some music, played grid Autosport, a bit of whatsapping with family, and currently sitting at 35%. Had 5 min. charge this morning just before I head out.

Shoo if that was an old iPhone you'd be lucky if that was 6 hours

You sure do like wasting money, You do realise specs on paper doesnt translate in real life use? A BMW with 500kw and Mercedes with 500kw will not produce the same result in the real world.

I give you 4 months and you will be tired of that android you just got, Probably hand it down to your dog and You will finally get an Iphone.

But you have now wasted R20K on two half baked phones in one year alone when you couldve spent that on a real iphone that could last you years.
@RedViking its been just over 4 months, have you switched to iphone yet? I'm assuming you are still happy with the phone

Sheesh man never did a review. But the phone has been really awesome. I would say it is the best experience I've ever had with a phone. It just works.

Gets latest updates.
Latest HyperOS has fixed previous annoyances. Got used to the UI Launcher.
The super fast. Games, applications, photo editing etc.
Wifi / Bluetooth no issues.
Display super bright and in sunlight.
Battery lasts the whole day. Only charge it up to 80% and still around 30% left at the end of the day.
Gestures work great for navigation. No buttons at bottom of screen.

This is really what Android experience should be like.
