Why is it billionaires always create more things to sell?

Cos they get R82 million/12 per month on Interest as minimum for every R1 bn in the bank. Thats just with an ordinary FNB account with 1 month notice. It can go up to R120 million or more per year interest with longer period like 12 months.

That's the quick and easy route. They prob invest in SP500 / NASDAQ / Others etc that give much more payouts.

Visitors can purchase these products in the estate’s shops, including The Farm Shop, The Scented Room, and The Garden & Home Shop
Sure, after you pay the R100 or whatever it is for the privilege of even entering the grounds to get to the shop.

Well done. Great idea, hard work and dedication - no doubt!

...but I bet it is a lot easier to have a dream and just "go for it" where the only possible devastating blow, if it doesn't work out, is your pride with no impact on the ability to feed your family or losing the roof over your head.

They do make very nice stuff and it is rather pricey but what is really vomit worthy is the vapid clientele this establishment attracts, every time I am obliged to go there it makes me sick having to be around so many vain, boring, self absorbed people.
By that I mean it's a real Cape Town joint ;)

I am happy with entrance fees. Keeps the riff-raff out.
