not sure if it's just me, but some youtube videos have been buffering today, autoing on 480p etc, both with CF and CISP dns, doesn't seem like I am being served from CISP caches

my results from https://redirector.googlevideo.com/report_mapping?di=no show cape town now, earlier it was JHB something 07

Ironically we were filling our caches from London until yesterday, might be why.

An extra 10Gbps to feed caches is expensive on international transit but if the experience is better we will switch it back again.

Most likely because of V6. Not sure why it would be via CPT though. Can you see where it's coming from if disabling V6 on your device?
