Painful watch.. Guess a point isn't the worst result but Slots time is surely runnning out, can't see him turning this around and fans starting to boo way to often at Anfield
 
the booing when he subbed Rio off and left gakpo on the field after he was shocking...and the booing at the end must have stung...

with Rio being our best attacker during the game...

Yeah wasted 2 hours, no doubt Slot should go and seems like players are doing their part to gte him out. Villa scored some good goals but Alisson would have saved 2 of those... Worrying times ahead

As a CB, he’s entering his prime now. He has at least six years left at top level. How did we come to the situation that his contract can run out like that? Again, this is a red signal pointing towards Hughes and Edwards. You don’t let such a talented player entering his prime run out his contract. You simply don’t.

If he doesn’t stay with us, it will also be a further sign that the club has lost the confidence of the players, at least the remaining pillars from Klopp’s former team. Those who can do it, prefer to jump ship because they don’t believe in this project anymore. Worrying times for us supporters.

Only posotive is Slot has 1 year left on his contract. Slot has definately lost the dressing room and no clue what Hughes and Edwards are up to. We have 2 youngsters coming back from injury, older VVD and injury prone Gomez for defender so assume we will sign someone new but also need a new RB and new winger...
 
Gotta say, a feeling of relief. Would not have been able to stomach another season of Slotball. Going to take some time for a rebuild, but hopefully with a brand of attacking flowing football that the Reds are known for.

Good luck Arne, thanks for number 20 - glad I remember you for that now and not dread next season with you in charge.

We needed a change of a manager. Now we need rid of the poor management who buggered up our recruitment, retention and team balance.
 
Not gonna lie... a drop of pee came out when I heard the news.

Haven't posted here for a while because I've been too busy having Roy Hodgson flashbacks and weekly, 90 minute spells of nausea... Been pretty bleak 'cos I vowed not to watch a minute of Liverpool for the 26/27 season if Arne stayed... but... it looks like Liverpool is back on the menu, boys!

Hughes and Edwards need to get a pen in EPL Alfred Molina's hands right now.
