Rain and storm for Cpt pt 2

This is still autumn. Winter is when you see white stuff (aka frost) on the grass:

What I meant is I was walking around in a T-shirt yesterday but today it's warm jacket weather.
Does the southern suburbs get frost?
If so is it every year or just during certain weather conditions

Frost in CT is very rare, typically in July. I don't recall it in recent years, but you have to get away from roads and urban development to see it. That was the Chukker Road sports complex (east of the M5 and Kenilworth Racecourse), way back around 2017.

Lovely here in Kom. Back on the stoep. Woke up at 4:30 with light drizzle in my face. Turned around and went back to sleep.

Why are you being so stubborn? Just make up with the wife already and move back into the house!
She was with me on the stoep until the Friday night before the storm hit. That northerly did it for her. Now safely ensconced in the bedroom until September. I'll be on the stoep for most of winter. It has to get really wild to chase me inside.

You don't get attacked by mozzies on the steop?

Net. Spent a lot of time working all over Africa, so used to it. A lot of people find it inconvenient, but it's the only thing that really works.
Indeed a net is the final boss, that or drenching yourself in anti-mozzie spray which still doesn't prevent them buzzing around your face and making life a misery.
