SportyTV has a sh** load of ads for betting but it seems okay so far and it sounds like we have the international English commentary from the FIFA feed not some random commentators which is nice.

Same commentary as on Supersport Grandstand.

Really missing the 4K from the last World Cup.

The DSTV satellite quality is very average.
SABC/SportyTV satellite is clearly SD.
SportyTV on YT looks better than DSTV stream but don't look better than DSTV satellite.

Load a R10 deposit or voucher on sportybet and you can watch all the games on https://sporty.com/sporty-tv which is the same they are showing on youtube same quality and feed.

Quality on sportytv is definitely not 1080p. Maybe 720p upscaled.

DSTV looks far better.

You get what you pay for, big surprise. DSTV Stream is a no-brainer, now that you can watch soccer on any of the packages, even Access.

I can't say for sure but I wonder whether my LG TV is doing some AI upscaling on DSTV: the channels really look good! Not being gouged for Premium makes it a lot more palatable.
