Elon Musk and his time at Pretoria Boys High School explained

Many people continue to associate Elon Musk being severely beaten by bullies as a teenager with Pretoria Boys High School, even though the record of events has been corrected several times.

One of Musk’s former classmates at Boys High in 1988, Greg Sherwood, recently posted an old class photo on Twitter/X to joke about the SpaceX founder becoming the world's first trillionaire.

I wish I had been bullied more at school if I was going to be a trillionaire

Look, based on the last couple of years I am not surprised he got beaten up a little bit. I mean he is a major bully himself.

Is Elon the one with the dress?

From what his father says in interviews he also wasn't bullied that much and the real incident also wasn't as severe as the media reports it to be.

I know a few get bullied for no reason, but I still think there is a reason most get bullied. I have seen a few on this forum complaining about being bullied at school, but if you look at their behaviour here you can see why. Just like Elon.

Most people get bullied because they are too docile though a lot can fight back. In some cases it changes a person but in others they are simply unsavoury individuals who complain when people don't take it.
