r/gaming - GTA VI prices and USD equivalent by country: Standard ranges from $58.07 to $106.88, Ultimate ranges from $72.95 to $133.68
 
The only point to pre-order something is if you got some sort of physical bonus thing that was only available with a pre-order, but as the physical release doesn't even have the game inside that entire argument is a non-starter.
 
I actually haven't even finished V yet, not even close, I just run around doing random things I find fun
 
I don't think the price is unreasonable considering you'll likely get 100+ hours entertainment out of it. At R 1,499, that's R 14.99/hour (or less). I can't think of much in the form of entertainment other than watching movies/series/YouTube which is cheaper. Going to the movies is R 150/hour or thereabouts. Even drinking is R 30-200/hour depending on where, what, and how quickly you drink :ROFL:
