Scrapy - price history for South-African stores

@Razzle1 At the cost of sounding like a burger (or maybe I just missed it somewhere in this thread); What's the difference between the "Price" and the "Listing Price"?

Listing price is the make believe manufacturers price and price is the actual price the item is/was selling for
 
@Razzle1 how are you factoring in Takealotmore prices, I've noticed they are now getting mixed up with the normal pricing, would it be possible to exclude them or possibly add another Takealotmore pricing metric to the Takealot tracker graph?

And is there any reason why the Scrapy box often won't load in a Takealot page, sometimes I need to refresh the page a few times before it will appear.

Do you perhaps have an example where the prices are getting mixed up? It should not be tracking the TakealotMore prices, so an example will help me pinpoint what’s going on.

Regarding the box not always loading — I’ll look into that as well. I’ve also noticed that it occasionally displays two graphs on Takealot pages, so I’ll investigate both issues together.

I checked the item again now where I thought I noticed it and it turns out Takealot has been flip-flopping with the sale price being a Takealotmore exclusive and then just a normal promo the next day, so my previous assertion was probably incorrect but I'll keep an eye on it.

Apologies, the site scraping has not been running for some time, as I am currently in the process of rewriting the scrapers and fixing the sites that have broken.

The price it is showing as "current" is the last indexed price from 07 June
