What's for supper III

making dinner for some friends tonight:


Armenian lamb with pistachio & black current pilaf
Side of grilled vegetables (yellow patty pans, baby marrows, baby carrots, pumpkin)
mexican chocolate tart for dessert (a very rich chocolate mousse-like dessert - - with tequila in it).

should be interesting.
one of the "chickens" + his daughter + his ex girlfriend.
another "chicken" + an ex girlfriend of his

sounds fancy, in reality it is not.

lamb, port, double cream, double cream yoghurt, mushrooms, cumin, garlic and some other spices.
pilaf = basmati rice, currents, ground pistachio nuts.

it needs to be really slow cooked - about 80degrees for about 4hours.
so in fact quite simple, but sounds like palace food
