Bank Zero - proof of funds

My partner received a email also from Bank Zero soon after we opened his account a week or two ago. He only has his living annuity that pays out a amount beginning of the year. So I selected that when we opened the account on the app. Now they want proof of it.

I dont understand why because they are not extending a line of credit to him. Anyway, he will be phoning the lady that helped him with this annuity and see what she can send him as proof.

Is a bit odd but then again I only have a Tymebank account which I hardly use and BankZero and maybe a new thing

No I think this bank is basically abandonware. No new features in months.

No. But they do support immediate payments. It is R6.80 per transfer I think.

I only get my bank statements on mail... and alerts on app if doing something there. Oh, yes, need to reply to your comment on other thread.

Yeah I eventually just changed to the Go Tyme app. It's actually not bad.
