Young people can’t afford houses in South Africa

Not really a shock, the 1% make ends meet, everyone else is paying international prices while earning low local incomes. Last I saw the average income was in the R30 000, 00 range, or under $2000, 00 a month, the Average Salary in the US is over $5000, 00. The vast majority are trying to survive on extremely low incomes.

Check out the medians. SA is a far more skewed distribution.
