What's being changed or was attempted to change?

Moving some CPT Vuma Reach clients to a different CGNAT box. The change was completed last night around 21h00 after the fault was located.

Apologies for the delay in providing feedback.

We used our profiles for investigation and found that a different NAT server is serving each user.
Based on our findings, we concluded that these cases should be handled individually, and a ticket should be logged with the FNO where necessary.
