Looks like lazy locals are in cahoots with criminal foreigners.

A rew report by the Public Protector has found that a significant number of spaza shops in Gauteng are registered in the names of South Africa citizens but are actually owned by foreign nationals.

The report, which was made public on Friday raises concerns over citizens aiding and abetting unlawful activities in the informal trading sector.

It also highlights that of the 12,000 registered stores in Gauteng, at least 56% of them are owned by immigrants.

The PP is going to have a heart attack when they find out that "John Doe" has registered businesses in Upington at a fake address,. Ditto another John Doe at a fake address in the Western Cape. Ditto another John Doe ...

These spaza shop owners are novices.

We'll need a new PP as this one will decease from said heart attack, after showing it's more widespread in govt institutions, than the CIPC.

Of course, on MyBB we'll blame the Nigerians, ignoring Interpol alerts.

How about you stop worrying about Cilliers and try harder to convince people to run as your mayor. You can’t win a mayoral election without a mayor 😂
