Canadian woman caught with ball python in her bra at Schiphol Airport

Security workers caught a Canadian woman trying to smuggle a ball python onto a plane at Schiphol Airport. The woman had the snake hidden in her bra, the Netherlands Food and Consumer Product Safety Authority (NVWA) reported on Facebook.

The ball python, a protected species, was discovered under the woman’s clothes during a security check. She told the enforcement officers that she had found the snake at a hotel in Amsterdam.

“We highly doubt that,” the NVWA wrote. The NVWA inspectors confiscated the animal and filed a police report against the woman.

I dunno something called a ball python thats long enough to make it up to the bra area seems like a pretty big red flag.

Such has never been asked of me before and I should have taken his name down to report him to my embassy here in SA. I don't even know why the emigration clearance was done there as I did not visit the Dutch but was passing through both ways. what a joke.

Schiphol is a tough airport. I’m guessing they get a lot of smugglers through there. They stopped just short of the anal probing last time I went through. Not a big deal, they’re just doing their job and if you’ve got nothing to hide you go on your way.

Schiphol is a tough airport. I’m guessing they get a lot of smugglers through there. They stopped just short of the anal probing last time I went through. Not a big deal, they’re just doing their job and if you’ve got nothing to hide you go on your way.

I don't fly through there any more. Emirates or Turkish Airlines are good enough for me and land in my final destination usually. And when I land or depart there, no-one hassles me.

But that soldier boy was probably jealous. Here is a guy with a local passport (from another EU country) flying to Cape Town, lol. And he has to get on his little bicycle and go back to his little flat and enjoy the tulips or maybe the prostitutes, but not much else.
