/haz a drumtick for your inner totsieIt's called a meme. Not spam. It's relevant to the topic, unlike the acidic stuff you post.

XoxoxoSee what I mean, just constant negativity toward people who want physical discs to survive
Go see a shrink about it.

The Death of Discs is a Manufactured Lie
When Sony highlights in their financial reports that 80% to 85% of software units sold are digital, they are counting individual item volume, not full-game choices. They inflate this unit number by grouping every $5 indie title, digital-only release, and forced digital code into the same bucket as a $70 physical disc.
Meanwhile, physical discs are falsely claimed to be "only 5%" of the market's total revenue because corporations switch metrics, blending retail disc dollars against a massive pool of billions generated by purely digital microtransactions, DLC, and active monthly network subscriptions.
They are manipulating mismatched metrics right out of their financial reports to distort player habits, inflate digital numbers, and systematically erase your right to physical ownership. Don't let them rewrite the facts to force a disc-less future.
Gamer Brain
In response to shifting trends in consumer preference, new games will be released on PlayStation Store and at retailers in digital formats only.

Well that about sums it up then.
Draw a line under it, Sony was lying to make their announcement more acceptable.
Did we not go over this on page 12/13?
