This looks like viagogo, where people can ask any price they want for the tickets. Original price was max R4500 if I recall correctly.

Last year some tickets were going for 30k+ for the Cape Town game.
Durban games (where my seats are) were selling for 20k a ticket via this channel.

I ended up going for the game on Saturday - they issued us with "complimentary" tickets, even though we paid full price. And we did not get our seats that we paid for, but rather the same stand.

Everyone around us all had complimentary tickets from SARU - and alot with better seats then us.
Some of them were playing games on their phones and not even watching the match - they just showed up because they had free tickets

Yeah I'm sure they will, and its a stupid approach.

Rather make the tickets cheaper and they'll sell more of them and probably make more money.
