Anyone buy from revibe.co.za?

I've recently seen so many complaints about this company about:-
Their service sucks
Their products are damaged
Their phones are faulty
Battery life is one hour
etc

And any complaints fall on deaf ears.

It's a HUGE.....MASSIVE No from me.

That's what had me somewhat worried after I already ordered, but everything turned out fine.

I might have been lucky, who knows. I don't know if this single experience is enough for me to recommend them to everyone.

I do not understand how I received a perfectly functioning laptop without customs or ITAC paperwork.

It seems as if I was indeed lucky, which makes me think I won't try them again. Who knows.

EDIT: That being said, Wefix which was mentioned in that Reddit post as a local alternative also has terrible ratings, and even TakeAlot does. I wonder when we will reach a point where we will just have to find out for ourselves because reviews are becoming useless

My refund was successful on their side on 23 July. They say up to 7 days for the money to show on my side.

Well there you have it boomers, you need to check reviews on TikTok before placing your orders from dodgy online shops.

Well what to make of this company, aside from the fact that they frame themselves as having a local branch and sourcing from local suppliers.
