Everyone I have spoken to in my neighborhood have noticed the downgrades from 30mbps to 20mbps. Also, the prices went up with the anticipated VAT increase which government never materialise.

Hi. I'm with Afrihost. Is this the right speeds or does Cool Ideas have something in 30mbps range? It's become difficult to run 2 streams on 20mbps.

Its very unlikely your package would be downgraded from 30 to 20Mbps, and what is the VAT story about?
